It comes with instructions for how to remove links and takes about 5-8 min to make it the perfect fit for you!  It will best fit a wrist 5.8 inches - 7.5 inches around.  This watch band is made out of a stainless steel metal with vacuum plated 18K gold so it won't tarnish quickly and will last for a long time.
